'You/your' refers to a user of this Site.
  'Card Issuer' refers to the entity to which Indue provides this Card Management System, on behalf of which you are accessing this site.

Indue is firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
  Indue maintains robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in its care.  Indue is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as well as other applicable laws and codes.

From time to time, Indue enters into agreements with other companies that provide services to Indue or that make products and services available to clients and their customers.
  Under these agreements, the companies may receive personal information, but they must safeguard this information and may not use it for any other purposes.

Security of information 
Indue has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.  Only authorised Indue personnel are provided access to personally identifiable information in order to perform their roles and these employees have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of this information.  Indue regularly reviews security and encryption technologies and will strive to protect information to the fullest extent possible.
